Kisan Bill – I, Shivam Pal completely oppose Kisan Bill. The reason is only three points of the bill
Main region farmer oppose the bill. Is it not only against the farmer it will be against the general public over time
- Allowing traders unlimited crop storage
- Contract farming.
- Non-legalization of MSP.

- Allowing traders to have unlimited crop storage is the wrong decision which will affect the farmers as well as the general public.When the goods will be kept in the godowns, and the demand for living life will increase, then the prices of crops will increase. Which will later be settled with the consumer, who will be the farmer and general public. The common man does not have the capacity to store what the big capitalists and traders have. That is, these capitalists will get the benefit of increased money now, not the farmer. So whose benefit, is it for the farmer, the common man or the government or only the capitalists, now these capitalists will form the government. So where is the interest of the farmer? Where is the common citizen’s interest? Will the income increase in the same proportion as inflation increases? Otherwise, why such a bill. There are conflicts for this.
- Contract Farming – Whom to Contact? Will it be allowed to take contracts of the same company in one area or will many companies be in one place.If companies adopted a policy of one company in a region with mutual consent, would the government take away the rights of the company. And with whom will the companies sign the contract? From the owner of the land, “As if the owner father has crossed his age and lives with his 2 children, he has not yet been parted and does his own farming with mutual consent. Now the company contracts with the father and then there will be one crop on the entire land And the money will be split in half or two brothers or the father will keep it with him. “
- Why is the government not offering the minimum support price in the trading market? After some time, the merchant will decide the rate. So what is the work of the government. Today the cooperative market has a minimum support price. So some get benefit. It is right to improve this further. Or doing new business with farmers.Today, who is basically a farmer. Their lives cannot be put in unconsciousness. One season hit, and this government blows. Will both farmers suffer? Complete opposition is the solution.
क्यों करे किसान बिल का विरोध ? क्या यह सिर्फ किसान के विरोध में है या आम जनता के विरोध में होगा समय के साथ?
किसान बिल – में शिवम पाल किसान बिल का पूर्ण रूप से विरोध करता हूँ। कारण बिल के तीन बिंदु ही है
- व्यापारियो को असीमित फसल एकत्रण की अनुमति देना।
- ठेके पर खेती कराने ।
- न्यूनतम समर्थन मूल्य को कानूनी रूप न देना।
- व्यापारियों को असीमित फसल एकत्रण करने अनुमति देना सबसे गलत फैसला है जिससे किसानो के साथ साथ आम जनता पर भी इसका प्रभाव पढेगा । जब गोदामो में माल रखा रहेगा और जीवन जीने के लिए माँग बढती रहेगी तब फसलोे के दाम बढेगे जो बाद मे उपभागता से ही बसूले जायेगे जो बहुतायत मे किसान और आम जनता ही होगी। आम आदमी पर भंडारण करने की क्षमता नहीं है जो बढे पूजीपतियों और व्यापारियो के पास है। अर्थात अब जो बढा हुआ पैसा होगा उसका लाभ किसान को न मिलकर इन पूंजीपतियो को मिलेगा। तो लाभ किसका हुआ किसान का , आम आदमी का या सरकार का या सिर्फ पूँजीपतियों का अब ये पूँजीपति ही सरकार बनवायेंगे। तो कहा है किसान का हित कहा हा आम नागरिक का हित क्या महगाई बढने पर आमदनी बढगी उसी अनुपात में नही तो क्याोे एसा बिल । इस लिए विरोध हैं।
- ठेके पर खेती – किससे करेगे कान्टेक्ट क्या एक क्षेत्र मे एक ही कमंपनी का ठेके लेने की अनुमति होगी या कई कम्पनिया एक जगह होगी । अगर कम्पनियों ने आपसी सहमती से एक क्षेत्र मे एक कंपनी की नीति अपनाली तो क्या सरकार कंमपनी के अधिकार छीन लेगी । और कंपनिया किसके साथ ठेके पर हस्ताक्षर करायेगा ? जमीन के मालिक से मानो मालिक पिता एक उम्र पार कर अपने 2 बच्चो के साथ रहता है अभी बटवारा नही हुआ और आपसी सहमती से अपनी अपनी खेती करते है अब कम्पनी पिता के पास जाकर कान्टरेक्ट करती है तो सम्पूर्ण भूमी पर एक फसल ही होगी और पैसा आधा आधा दो भाइयो में बाटा जायेगा या पिता अपने पास रखेगा । अगर एक का मन नही है कांटरेक्ट करने का तो क्या पिता कंम्पनी की तरफ जायेगा या अपने बेटे की तरफ या पिता जीते जी अपनी जमीन अपने बेटों के नाम कर देगा। फिर पिता का क्या होगा । क्या फिर एक कानून लाया जायेगा। पिता के संरक्षण के लिए क्या जीवन चलाने के लिए कानून है या कानून के लिए जीवन होगा।
- सरकार व्यापारिक मंडी में न्यूनतम समर्थन मूल्य नही दे रही क्यों समय के बाद व्यापारी ही रेट तय करेगे तो सरकार का क्या काम आज सहकारी मंडी मे एक न्यूनतम समर्थन मूल्य है तो कुछ को लाभ मिलता है इसी को और सुद्धढ बनाना सही है या नया व्यापार किसानो के साथ । आज जो मूल रूप से किसान ही है उनका जीवन यापन अनिशि्चत्ता मे नहीं डाल सकते । एक मौसम की मार और ये सरकार का वार दोनो सहेगा क्या किसान ? पूर्ण विरोध ही इसका समाधान है।
